Returns

For every consumer, being a consumer within the meaning of art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code and using the online shop www.pupus.pl is entitled, on the basis of the law, to withdraw from the contract of purchase of goods (services) without giving a reason, within 30 days.

To make a return: 1. Go to pupus.pl website; 2. Log in and go to the customer panel (for example, via your account link); 3. Go to the "Returns and Goods Handling" section and select "Add Return"; 4. Next, follow the instructions on the page

Term:
The right of withdrawal is granted to the consumer no later than 30 days, which commences on the day the consumer receives the goods. The deadline is deemed to be met if the consumer sends a declaration of withdrawal to the address given above before expiry.

Reimbursement of benefits:
In the event of a withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered not to be. What the parties have witnessed is reimbursed unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The refund should be made immediately, not later than within 30 days.

The costs of returning the goods to the consumer are incurred by the consumer if the withdrawal was not caused by the fact that AAB Partners benefits provided by the consumer. The cost of delivery of the goods to the customer will be refunded in proportion to the value of the order (ie if you return the goods at 10% of the total order, we will also refund 10% of shipping costs).

Warranty

The goods we offer are covered by one year warranty. You can use the guarantee in the event of the disclosure of hidden defects of non-normal goods from normal use. If you use the guarantee, please contact us at bok@pupus.pl to review your complaint.

Delivery problems

We make every effort to ensure that our shipments are properly secured and addressed. If you find that your order has been damaged (torn, flooded, etc.), please refrain from receiving such a shipment. In that case, the Postman or the Post Office should make the appropriate protocol. At the same time, we would like to inform you about the occurrence of this fact at bok@pupus.pl. The item will be returned to us and sent back or refunded.

On the day of sending the package to the Internet mail address given in the order, we will send a confirmation of the shipment. If the item does not arrive within 5 days of its delivery (ie from the date of the confirmation email), please contact us at bok@pupus.pl.
