Thick additional insert for reusable adult incontinence underwear
This insert is designed for Pupus reusable adult incontinence underwear. Choose the size that matches the size of the underwear.
Despite its slim profile, the insert is highly absorbent. It is made from four layers of bamboo fabric, two layers of highly absorbent Evolon and a microfleece stay-dry layer.
Sizes and absorbency
- S/M/L – length 40 cm, absorbency approximately 300 ml
- XL/2XL – length 53 cm, absorbency approximately 450 ml
The insert is only 5 mm thick and is barely noticeable during wear. It gives the underwear a slightly warmer feel.
Snap fasteners secure the insert inside the underwear and help prevent it from shifting.
Because of its high absorbency, the insert is best dried in a tumble dryer, in the sun or on a radiator.
Washing and care
Wash at up to 60 °C. Do not use fabric softeners. See our washing instructions.
The insert reaches its maximum absorbency after several washes, but it can be used after the first wash.

The pads does not look like they go up high enough in front for males.
Hello, in the photo the end which is more narrow is the front of the underwear. So the insert goes all the way to the "top of the front" if I can say so :) We've had really good reviews of these panties, I hope you'll be happy with them too.
