This reusable underwear with an insert is designed for everyday comfort and clothing protection. It is a practical hygiene solution for people experiencing urinary incontinence who are looking for a discreet, comfortable and reusable alternative to disposable products.

Two sizes are available:

S/M/L: waist circumference 80–100 cm and leg circumference 40–56 cm (INSERT: S/M/L, absorbency 150–300 ml with the thicker insert)

XL/2XL: waist circumference 95–137 cm and leg circumference 54–74 cm (INSERT: XL/2XL, absorbency 250–450 ml with the thicker insert)

1. Who is this underwear designed for, and when does it work best?

This underwear is designed for independent users who experience urinary leakage and want a discreet, comfortable solution for everyday use. It is suitable for normal daily activities, feels like conventional underwear and is also easy to use away from home because only the insert needs to be replaced.

2. How should you choose the right size for a comfortable fit?

Measure both the waist and leg circumference. The snap adjustment allows the underwear to be adapted to the wearer’s body, but the basic size should fall within the stated measurement range. The snaps only need to be adjusted once; afterwards, the underwear is pulled on like conventional underwear.

3. How does the underwear work in practice, and what sets it apart from disposable products?

The underwear has a waterproof PUL outer layer and a breathable Coolmax lining. The absorbent insert combines three materials: bamboo, Evolon and microfleece. Together, they support effective moisture absorption and comfortable wear. In practice, the product feels similar to conventional underwear and can be washed and reused many times.

4. How is the insert changed, and how many inserts are useful?

One insert is included and fastens inside the underwear. After use, there is no need to change the entire garment; simply replace the insert. For everyday use, having 2–4 additional inserts makes rotation throughout the day more convenient.

5. What common mistakes should be avoided?

The most common mistakes are:

– choosing a size that is too large, which may reduce wearing comfort,

– washing at too high a temperature or using fabric softener,

– using the insert for longer than is comfortable for the wearer.

Following the washing and insert-replacement instructions helps extend the life of the product.

6. Why is reusable underwear an economical solution?

The underwear and inserts can be washed at up to 60 °C and reused over a long period. In practice, this means significantly lower costs than with disposable products.
