Terms of Use

I. Definitions

The terms used in the Regulations mean:

1. Client - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit not being a legal person, whose special provisions confer the legal capacity to place an Order within the Store;

2. Civil Code - Law of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);

3. Terms and Conditions - These Terms and Conditions of providing services by electronic means within the online store;

4. Online Shop (Online Shop) - an internet service available at, through which the Customer may in particular place Orders;

5. Goods - products presented at the Internet Shop;

6. Sale Agreement - a contract for the sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between Lerteco Sp. z o.o., The shop owner and the customer, using the Shop's website;

7. Law on special terms of consumer sale - the Act of 27 July 2002 on special conditions of consumer sale and the amendment of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended);

8. Electronic Services Act - Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended);

9. Order - statement of the will of the Customer, aiming directly at the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of the Goods.

II. General Provisions

2.1. These Terms of Use define the rules of using the online store available at

2.2. These Regulations are the regulations referred to in art. 8 of the Act on providing services by electronic means.

2.3. The online shop, operated under, is run by Lerteco Sp. z o.o.

2.4. These Regulations specify in particular:

a.) rules of registration and use of the account within the online store;

B.) The terms and conditions for electronic reservation of products available through the online store;

C.) Terms and conditions for electronic submission of Orders within the online store;

D.) Rules for concluding Sales Agreements using the services provided within the Online Shop.

2.5. Use of the online store is subject to the condition that the IT system used by the Customer to meet the following minimum technical requirements:

a.) Internet Explorer version 5.0 or later

b.) other browsers

2.6. In order to use the online store, the customer should have access to a computer desk or terminal, with access to the Internet, on his own.

2.7. Subject to applicable law, the Operator reserves the right to limit the provision of services through the Online Shop to persons over the age of 18 years. In this case, potential customers will be notified of the above.

2.8. Customers may access these Terms and Conditions at any time via the link provided on the main page of and download and print it.

2.9. Information on the Goods given on the website of the Shop, in particular their descriptions, technical and utility parameters and prices, is a call for conclusion of a contract within the meaning of art. 71 Civil Code.



III. Terms of Use of the Online Shop

3.1. The condition to start using the Online Store is to register within it.

3.2. Registration is by completing and accepting the registration form available on one of the Shop pages.

3.3. Registration is required to agree to the content of the Terms and to provide personal information marked as mandatory.

3.4. The Owner may deprive the Customer of the right to use the Internet Store and may limit its access to some or all of the resources of the Internet Store, with immediate effect, in the event of violation by the Customer of the Terms, and in particular when the Customer:

A.) Has made, during the online registration, inaccurate, inaccurate or outdated information, misleading or infringing the rights of third parties,

B.) Has committed through the online store infringement of personal rights of third parties, in particular the personal interests of other customers of the online store,

C.) Other behaviors that will be considered by the Principal to be inconsistent with the applicable law or the general rules of using the Internet, or disguising as the Principal's name.

3.5. A person who has been denied the right to use the online store can not re-register without the prior consent of the Host.

3.6. In order to ensure the safety of the transmission of messages and data in connection with the services provided within the Site, the Online Shop shall take technical and organizational measures appropriate to the security risk of the services provided, in particular measures to prevent the unauthorized access and modification of personal data transmitted on the Internet.

3.7. The client is obliged in particular to:

A.) Not to submit or not transmit content prohibited by law, such as content promoting violence, defamation or infringement of personal rights and other rights of third parties,

B.) Use the Online Store in a way that does not interfere with its operation, in particular by using specific software or hardware,

C. Not to take action such as sending or posting unsolicited commercial information (spam) within the Online Shop;

D.) Use the Online Store in a manner that is not inconvenient to other customers and to the Owner,

e.) use of any content contained within the Online Shop solely for your personal use,

F.) Use of the Internet Store in a manner consistent with the law of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, as well as the general rules of using the Internet.


IV. Procedure for conclusion of the Sale Agreement

4.1. In order to conclude the Sales Agreement via the Online Shop, please visit the website, select the goods from the Shop offer, take further technical steps based on the displayed messages and the information available on the website.

4.2. The choice of ordered goods by the Customer is made by adding them to the cart.

4.3. When ordering - until the "I order" button is pressed - the customer has the opportunity to modify the entered data and to select the Goods. For this purpose, you should follow the displayed messages and information available on the website.

4.4. Once the Customer using the Web Store has given all the necessary data, a Summary of the Order is displayed. A summary of your Order will include information on:

a.) the object of the contract,

B. Unit and total price of ordered products or services, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any);

c.) selected payment method,

d.) the selected delivery method,

e.) delivery time,

4.5. In order to send the Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Regulations, provide the personal information marked as mandatory and press the "Place an Order" button.

4.6. Sending by the Customer the Order is a statement of will to conclude the Contract with the Store Operator, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

4.7. After placing the Order, the Customer receives an email containing the final confirmation of all relevant elements of the Order.

4.8. The agreement is treated as concluded with the moment the Customer receives the email mentioned above.

4.9. The sales contract is concluded in Polish, with the content in accordance with the Regulations.


V. Delivery

5.1. Delivery of the Goods takes place at the address indicated by the Customer during the Order submission.

5.2. Delivery of ordered goods takes place by own transport, courier service, InPost parcel or Poczta Polska. Shipping costs are listed on

5.3. Delivery deadline is from 1 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch of the Order. Specified by courier delivery time from the time of receiving the package is: Poczta Polska 1-2dni, K-EX 1-2dni, Inpost 1-2dni.

Fixing, securing, making available and confirming to the Customer the relevant provisions of the Contract for the Sale of Goods are made by sending the Customer an e-mail address and by attaching a Print Confirmation, Order Specification and VAT invoice.


VI. Prices and payment methods

6.1. Commodity prices are quoted in Polish zloty and include all ingredients, including VAT (with a premium), customs and all other ingredients.

6.2. The customer is able to pay the price:

b.) Payments are serviced by PayPal, IAI Pay, Przelewy24 and PayLane sp. z o.o. which is located in Gdansk at ul. Nowrida 4, zip code: 80-280, KRS: 0000227278.

VII. Eligibility to withdraw from the contract

For every consumer, being a consumer within the meaning of art. 22 [1] of the Civil Code and using the online shop is entitled, on the basis of the law, to withdraw from the contract of purchase of goods (services) without giving a reason, within 14 days.

Term: The right of withdrawal is granted to the consumer no later than 14 days, which commences on the day the consumer receives the goods. The deadline is deemed to be met if the consumer sends a declaration of withdrawal to the address given above before expiry.

Reimbursement: In the event of a withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered not to be. What the parties have witnessed is reimbursed unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The cost of returning the goods to the consumer will be borne by the consumer if the withdrawal is not caused by the temporary inability of Lerteco Sp. z o.o. to meet the customer's qualification requirements. The cost of delivery of the goods to the customer will be refunded in proportion to the value of the order (ie if you return the goods at 10% of the total order, we will also refund 10% of shipping costs).


VIII. Complaints about Goods

8.1. The shopkeeper as a seller is responsible to the consumer being within the meaning of art. 221 Civil Code, for non-compliance with the Contract of Sale of Goods purchased by this consumer, to the extent specified by the Law on special conditions of consumer sales.

8.2. Complaints can be made by logging into your account in the store or by mail.

8.4. The shop is committed to processing any complaint within 14 days, and if it was not possible to inform the customer during this period, when the complaint will be processed.

IX. Complaints regarding the provision of services by electronic means

9.1. The shop owner is taking steps to ensure that the Shop is fully functioning properly to the extent that it is based on current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove, within a reasonable time, any irregularities reported by the Customer.

9.2. The Client is obliged to immediately notify the Store Manager of any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the Internet Store.

9.3. Irregularities related to the functioning of the Shop Customer may report in writing to the shop address, mail to or using the contact form.

9.4. In the complaint, the Client should give his name, address for correspondence, type and date of occurrence of anomalies related to the functioning of the Store.

9.5. The Store Operator is obliged to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if that was not possible, to inform the Customer during this period when the complaint will be processed.


X. Other provisions

1.1. A customer who sends photos of his own goods sold in the Store by email, contact form,, or by adding an opinion to the product, expressly agrees to use such images by the Shop for promotional purposes, on and on social platforms: Facebook, Google+. If you do not agree to their publication, please mark this when you send the picture.

XI. Final Provisions

10.1. Settlement of possible disputes between the Store Manager and the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. Section 221 of the Civil Code shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

10.2. Settlement of possible disputes arising between the Store Manager and the Client who is not a consumer within the meaning of Art. Section 221 of the Civil Code of the Civil Code shall be submitted to the competent court for the seat of the Store Manager.

10.3. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
