PUL pull-on covers are a simple outer layer for reusable diapering. They are worn like shorts over an absorbent insert or fitted diaper and help protect clothing from moisture. Their elastic cut provides freedom of movement and makes them easy to put on an active child.

The breathable waterproof PUL does not provide absorbency by itself, so it must be combined with a suitable absorbent layer. If the cover remains clean and dry, it can often be reused between changes.
