Diaper covers are an economical and flexible reusable diaper system. The cover itself is waterproof, while absorbency comes from the insert placed inside: bamboo inserts, fitted diapers, muslin flats or prefolds can all be used. If the cover remains clean and dry, only the insert needs to be changed and the same cover can be reused.

Pupus covers are sewn in Poland from breathable, flexible PUL that is gentle on the skin and protects against leaks. Because the inside does not absorb moisture, it can be wiped between changes. Covers are especially useful in warm weather, for sensitive skin and overnight with a suitable fitted diaper or insert combination.
