My order was dealt with swiftly and professionally including the special requests I had. Delivery takes a little while (a similar item from New Zealand was delivered a few days before this despite Poland being much closer!) but this is not a fault with Pupus, but is a reflection on the domestic postal system and on the plus side, the delivery cost was very reasonable. The diapers themselves are excellent quality and are a really useful addition to my collection. I have a few ideas of ways these could be made even better (I will get in touch separately) by refining a few details and I think there are some other products they might be interested in adding to their catalogue which would fit easily and well with their current line. Overall, I am very happy with the products. Reusable adult diapers of good quality and at a reasonable price are hard (read impossible!) to come by elsewhere. They are very comfortable, absorbent and discreet. I really hope they continue to develop the range as this is a really useful resource.

Very good website. Easy to use and place an order. My order took quite a while to arrive but that's because my fellow countrymen opted out of the EU! At least there were no extra customs charges to pay when it was delivered. The information leaflet that was also in the parcel is excellent! Really appreciate it. Thank you for putting so much care and attention in to your orders. Will definitely be back!
