Very soft indeed. Perfect to use over the night fitted diaper in bamboo (quite thick). Light to wear, it does not add more bulk, as a wool cover would do.

This insert is really very absorbant! I was a little too eager to have the maximum thickness: my child does not actually need this level of absorption since she pees in the toilet regularly.
Still it is good, because it will be absolutely certain that the diaper will not be full when I send my child of 12 months to the daycare.
