The insert fits into adult incontinence panties. Choose the right size!
The insert is thin and yet very absorbent because we used special fabrics to sew it: 4 layers of bamboo, 2 layers of super absorbent Evolon and microfleece, which gives a feeling of dryness.
The insert comes in two sizes. S/M/L and XL/2XL - fit diapers in the same sizes.
S/M/L - length 40cm, absorbency around 300ml
XL/2XL - length 53cm, absorbency around 450 ml
- The insert is practically imperceptible.
- Its thickness is only 5mm.
- When worn, it gives the feeling of "warmer" panties.
- It has snaps to attach the insert to diaper pants, preventing it from moving
Due to its high absorbency, it is best to dry it in a tumble dryer, in the sun or on a radiator.
WASHING: Up to 60 degrees, without the addition of softeners. Read our washing instruction.
ABSORPTION: Before the inserts reach their maximum absorbency, they must be washed several times. Of course, they can be used after the first wash.

Hello, in the photo the end which is more narrow is the front of the underwear. So the insert goes all the way to the "top of the front" if I can say so :) We've had really good reviews of these panties, I hope you'll be happy with them too.
