Dropshipping in Pupus.pl shop
We enable our clients to cooperate on the basis of dropshipping.

1. What is the dropshipping discount?
To have access to our wholesale prices, please register via the website https://pupus.pl/client-new.php?register&wholesaler=true
In the comment to the application, please add "dropshipping".
You can impose any margin.
However, we would like to point out that the prices in cooperation in dropshipping are less favorable than in the case of normal wholesale purchases in our store.
2. Do you provide a file for integration?
Yes, in order to receive a file with wholesale prices, please register via the link above and then write a message to hurt@pupus.pl with information whether it should be an xlm or csv file.
3. Do you accept returns or only possible complaints?
Yes, we accept returns and complaints
4. Which courier companies do you send parcels with?
Abroad we can use any courier or national post office (it's the cheapest, but takes around 6 days).
Please tell us what is your country and we'll send you detailed delivery prices list.
5. Do you send COD shipments?
Yes, but in this situation we need to receive a label for the courier from you.
6. Is it possible to send my own courier label?
Yes, please send it to bok@pupus.pl with order number in the email title.
7. Can I list your products on amazon, ebay etc. or only on my own domains?
Yes, our products can be sold in any way.
8. How long after placing the order will the parcel be sent from you?
We usually ship orders within 24 hours, sometimes 48 hours. We cannot guarantee same-day shipment, because we are a manufacturer and sometimes we run out of something (then we sew the product on a regular basis).
9. Do you ship goods abroad?
Yes. We can use our courier or get a label from you.
10. Are there any additional costs related to cooperation in the form of dropshipping or the need to sign a contract?
No
11. Do you send waybill numbers by e-mail?
Yes, after sending the parcel you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number
12. How do we pay for orders?
You pay for each order at the time it is placed, but we can ship it even before the payment is credited. Alternatively, you can "top up" your balance in our shop. With constant cooperation, we can arrange payments once a week or two.
13. How to place a drop shipping order?
You place orders in the panel of our store, just like an ordinary customer, providing your customer's address in the delivery address. We send the package without an invoice/receipt, and we send an invoice for them by e-mail.
It is possible to perform integration via API, but it is additionally payable.
14. Can you issue one invoice at the end of the month?
For technical reasons, we can only issue one invoice if you send us your own labels for orders.
