The Mini OS diaper cover is a lightweight, leak-resistant outer layer designed for babies weighing between 4 and 11 kg. Its double leg elastics and ergonomic cut ensure a secure, comfortable fit that supports natural movement.
1. What is the purpose of this diaper cover?
The cover acts as a waterproof outer layer that keeps the absorbent insert in place and protects the baby’s clothing from moisture. It is lightweight, well-fitting, and designed for everyday use in reusable diaper systems.
2. Which inserts are compatible with this model?
It fits the long newborn insert (yellow), small bamboo or microfiber inserts, as well as size S prefolds. Front and back flaps keep the insert securely positioned.
3. What makes the single-row-snap design special?
A single row of snaps allows quick fastening, while additional size-adjustment snaps ensure a precise fit. Double leg elastics improve leak protection, and the high-cut sides give the baby freedom to lift and move their legs.
4. How does the cover adapt to the baby’s body?
The ergonomic cut follows the baby’s natural shape without restricting movement. Soft elastics and stabilizing flaps keep the insert in place and maintain a comfortable, snug fit.
5. What weight range does the Mini OS cover fit?

6. What materials is the cover made from?
It is sewn from Polish-made PUL — a soft, waterproof knit laminated on the inside. All fabrics and components come from local Polish suppliers and are gentle on the skin.
7. How should the cover be washed and dried?
It can be washed at temperatures up to 60°C. It is suitable for tumble drying on a gentle cycle or air-drying on a radiator (as long as the PUL does not touch the heater directly). A detailed care guide is included with the product.
