Reusable underwear with an insert designed for everyday comfort and clothing protection. It is a hygiene solution for adults experiencing urinary leakage who are looking for a discreet, comfortable and reusable alternative to disposable products.

(Note: Size XL/2XL is generous. Please check measurements before purchasing.)

Two sizes are available: S/M/L and XL/2XL. The panties are adjustable with snaps. You fasten the snaps once, you don't have to unfasten them later.

Circumference:

S/M/L: 80-100cm waist and 40-56cm leg, absorbency 150-300ml with thicker insert)

XL/2XL: 95-137cm waist and 54-74cm leg, absorbency 250-450ml with thicker insert)

These underwear are designed for independent users who experience moisture control issues and are looking for a discreet, comfortable solution for everyday use. They work well in daily activities – they feel like regular underwear and can be conveniently used outside the home by simply changing the insert.

2. How to choose the right size for comfortable wear?

It is important to measure both the waist and leg circumference. Snap adjustments allow fine-tuning the fit, but the base size should fall within the specified range. The adjustment is set once – afterward, the underwear is worn like regular briefs.

3. How do the underwear work in practice and what sets them apart from disposable products?

The underwear features a waterproof outer PUL layer and a breathable inner layer made of coolmax. The absorbent insert combines bamboo, evolon and microfleece, supporting effective moisture absorption and wearing comfort. They provide the feel of regular underwear and can be reused many times.

4. How is the insert changed and how many are recommended?

One insert is included and attaches inside the underwear. After use, only the insert needs to be replaced. For everyday use, having 2–4 additional inserts allows comfortable rotation during the day.

5. Which mistakes should be avoided?

Common mistakes include choosing a size that is too large, washing at excessively high temperatures or using fabric softeners, and wearing the insert longer than comfortable. Following care and usage recommendations helps maintain product durability.
