DIMENSIONS (please keep in mind that the XL/2XL is big, please check dimensions before buying)

Two sizes are available: S/M/L and XL/2XL. The panties are adjustable with snaps. You fasten the snaps once, you don't have to unfasten them later.

Circumference:

S/M/L: 80-100cm waist and 40-56cm leg, absorbency 150-300ml with thicker insert)

XL/2XL: 95-137cm waist and 54-74cm leg, absorbency 250-450ml with thicker insert)

1. Who are these underwear designed for and when do they work best?

These underwear are intended for independent adults dealing with light to moderate urinary incontinence. They are discreet, comfortable like regular briefs and easy to manage even outside the home — you only replace the insert.

2. How to choose the right size for proper fit and leak protection?

Measure your waist and leg circumference. The snap closure allows fine adjustment, but the basic size should match the given range. Snaps are set once — afterwards you wear the briefs like regular underwear.

3. How do these underwear work in daily use, and what makes them different from disposable products?

The outer layer is waterproof PUL, while the inside is breathable coolmax. The absorbent insert combines bamboo, evolon and microfleece for dryness and comfort. They feel like normal underwear and can be reused for years.

4. How do you change the insert and how many should you have?

One insert is included and attaches inside the briefs. After use, you replace only the insert. For daily comfort, having 2–4 extra inserts is recommended.

5. What mistakes should be avoided for best performance?

Common mistakes include:

• choosing a size that’s too large,

• washing at too high a temperature or using fabric softener,

• wearing the insert too long.
  Proper care extends the product’s lifespan.
